Should I use a single coach or both of you?
	The choice really is yours. Some individuals prefer to work with one or the other of us, while others want to work with both. We have found that couples who are working with us in person, move much faster and deeper when using both of us.

How often do I (we) work with you?

We use email and phone very effectively. Email allows you to write us whenever it is convenient for you. Except in rare cases, you can expect a maximum of a 72-hour turn around. Phone is more personal, but does lock you into a specific time. When working in-person, we prefer not to do the traditional "50-minute hour" once a week. We find that sessions of two to three hours once every two to six weeks is far more powerful and moves people more quickly toward their goals. Even clients who live close by usually prefer this schedule. For persons who come from a long distance or those who want to really move deeper and more rapidly, we also offer Intensives of four to six hours/day for one to three days. Phone sessions in between meetings can be arranged.

Options

Free one-hour initial consultation and exploration. We work with people by email, phone, in-person, group, and seminar. Individuals, couples and families can be done by email, phone or in-person. The coaching can begin through any of the doors of sexuality, spirituality, relationship and, of course, the interface of these. Groups require four to twelve people running from four to six 90-120 minute sessions. Groups at a long distance can be done in a one or two day format. Seminars last one to three days. Rates

Our rates are $125/hr for one coach and $225/hr for both. We bill on 15 minute increments with one-hour minimums for standard In-person and Phone sessions, with phone check-ins between sessions excepted from the minimum. Email bills on 15 minute increments which includes reading and resonse times. Travel time fees, if applicable, are negotiated during the free consult. We also offer monthly packages.
